WONT TURN ON

This machine was built for XP, which is no longer supported. Rather than putting in a new motherboard, you may want to retire this machine, and spend your money on a newer device.

you lost the operators guide?, so common.
it tells you that the IMMOBILIZER is blocking engine running.
that key means IMMO failure.
the same manual tells you what to do,

in short. it says, use the other transponder key.
of both fail, then the cars receive is messing up.
if that is true then check all fuses in both fuse boxes.
for a blown fuse.
never have 1 key of car or you will get stranded big time.
best is 3.
i you have 2 keys (working) you can always make a 3rd, DIY
all by your self ,saving $180 dealer costs.

if it will not turn probley locked up try turnig the engine by hand with a socket on the crank bolt

replace main board. Must be done by a qualified tech due to alignment procedure.

Do your brake lights work? Now test them while operating the turn signal switch. This is likely a bad turn signal switch. Test and let me know.

Having gone over a month without a response to my query, I assume my suggested contrast adjustment solved the problem.

try cleaning your ram cards

The motherboards are fairly expensive. Escpecially if they put in there shop time which could be 1.5-2 hours (their time). It would be around $200
