I didn't think there were any electric blankets left out there still working! I thought everyone quit making them because of the risk of fire when the blanket gets older, especially when it has been laundered. If I am wrong, I apologize, but I chose to dispose of the one I had, thankful for the years of service, but unwilling to risk a bed fire. Would suggest you do the same.

The manufacturer has a repair policy ,send it to them and they will fix for a fee and send it back to you.

Unplug the unit from the electric outlet. Wait 30 to 40 min, then plug the unit back in. Turn the controller on.

call the company that made it and ask for customer service they should have someone there that will be able to find out what is going on. hope it helps
