SOURCE: sony vaio vgc rb52 no sound ... speakers work

Hello there... Check your PC's volume. You may or someone in your household has accidentally muted it. Unmute it or increase its volume (if you can't find the audio icon in the taskbar, proceed to the control panel - it's there), it maybe too low. Hope this helps... Ai :)

SOURCE: how do i connect my sony desktop model vgc rb52 to

You must purchase an adapter that converts USB to a VGA Port. That is the only way!! Tigerdirect.com has them fairly cheap. I know of this because I did this exact thing and it works perfectly for me going on two years now!! Try It You Can Always Return in 30 Days @ Tigerdirect.com

SOURCE: I want to switch it my monitor from HD15 Mode to

Assuming you have not already upgraded the system, you will need to add a video card with DVI output to your computer. You need a PCI-e x16 card and to make sure to either upgrade your power supply or choose a card that will not exceed the power supply's capacity. The original Power supply provided 305W (max.).

The alternative is to simply attach a DVI to VGA converter and stick with the on-board VGA only output but send it through the DVI port on the monitor.

I hope this helps.

(you should pay attention to heat issues if you add a video card; I've generally found that ATI cards run a bit cooler than nVidia cards for the same generation/performance.)

SOURCE: how come my sony vaio vgc-rb52 desktop goes on but

if you are referring to the signal strength of your wireless internet, first try to turn off both devices your laptop and your wireless modem or router. Now if you have a portable usb broadband connection and the signal is showing weak or no signal at all call your internet provider so they can check if they have any server issues.

Vaio vgc-ra834g desktop pc front headphone jack not working

A least the device is not bad? Try downloading the drive files again. Go to devices and select remove or delete then restart the computer it will seek out the device again and download the drivers from Windows Update or the drivers disc that came with your computer. Or go to the manufacturers web page and download the drives there. John

We had a power outage, and now our sony vaio vgc-rb52 desktop computer won't start. Power switch doesn't turn computer on, and there is a blinking green light on the back of the computer.

As long as the light is blinking, the PC does work. There should be a switch on the power supply (On the back of the case) Try flicking this on and off while the PC is connected to the power grid. Then try treboot the PC. Else, you culd try to cear the CMOS on your PC. If you don't know what that is, post the model of your motherboard, and I'll see if I can find it on pictures.

VCG-RB52 PROBLEM NEED HELP IMMEDATLY!!

The OS was corrupted, more exactly the file system. Recover all your files using a Linux Live-CD like http://pclinuxos.com . It's an OS running from a cd, not from the hard disk.
After that you can either reinstall Windows or attempt to fix the file system - this will be complicated and requires a lot of software knowledge.
