That is a thermal printer. It does not use ink. It heats the special paper up in the areas that need to be darker. If you are getting blank prints you are probably using regular paper rolls. you must use thermal paper
Check your document to insure that all text is within the margins settings. You will most likely find that these settings are correct in which case you should check that you have correctly aligned the paper in the paper tray of your printer. One or the other of these should fix your problem.
First I would look carefully at the site you are printing from, some will not let you select pages to print.
somesites will have "printer friendly" that you should select otherwise you print ever page fir that website.
next see if you can view PDF before printing then select only the ones you want.
in conclusion the problem appears to be not with your printer but the web pages
When the paper does not feed straight, dirty or stickyrollers can cause it to jamb or crinkle, also failure to remove all traces ofpaper from a previous paper jamb will cause further paper jambs. Check for tiny pieces of at the edges of the rollers, and remove these piecesof paper.
The rollers may be dirty or sticky and causes the paper tonot feed straight. Try cleaning the rollers with methylated spirits.
Clean the pathway/rollers/sensors included with IPA..should solve it..try changing the ribbon too.
There must be some paper piece or oozing of adhesive...or the paper width might be holding the unwinding.
