I Got an app called app lock and I locked my phone and I need the puk code

If you want to unlock your Motorola Luge (Razr M) to be able use another network SIM card and your phone asks for an unlock code try e.g. these guys

As much as we want to provide you a PUK code, PUK codes are sim card dependent. It is not like locked phone that we can unlock using codes or apps. The PUK code can be found in the sim package. It is on the card where you took out the sim card. If you no longer have it, you can call your service provider and ask for it.

most phones have two locks a sim lock( locks your sim card) and a phone lock. the puk or puk error is from incorrectlly entering the sim unlock too many times, this happens alot even to me! lol! to get the unlock code you'll need to call straight talk and they will give you the code and the steps to unlock it. its super easy and free!!!!

you try random numbers once ur sim gets blocked,it aks PUK CODE then call the customer care number( from other mobile) by telling ur sim number (written in sim) and mobile number to the officer.we can get the PUK code..then u type ur code it works

hi, the puk code is a code locked into the sim card the only way you can get this code is by calling your service provider their is no way you can change the puk code as its locked into the sim.

The main reason the phone asks for puk code is if the user has entered the wrong lock code more than 5 times then the phone will ask for the puk code.

All you need to do is call your service provider and they will give you this code over the phone for free write it down for future reference but remember this code will only work with that one sim card.

Dont try entering the wrong puk code more than five times if you do your phone is hard locked and can no longer be used.

So call your service provider and ask them for the puk code they dont charge for this and it will get your phone working again.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call your phone service company, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.

An alternative is going to a local phone shop and having the unlock done for a small fee.

The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.

Was the phone locked? Or the SIM card?
Because if the SIM card was locked then type in 3 times a wrong pin, then they'll ask you for a PUK code, call your service provider and ask them for your PUK code.
If the phone was locked- in other words, you put a pin to prevent people from using your phone by changing SIM cards- then I'm sorry I can't help you.

need a puk code as my phone is locked an i called testra yesterday and they said there systems are down and to call todaY WELL I DID AND THERE NOT EVEN OPENED. i cant wait till monday i need to use my phone now help plz'''
