Husqvarna 350 quits under load

I have a husqvarna 350 that will start and idle perfectly but when I get on the throttle it dies out. I emptied the gas that was in the saw and replaced with fresh gas, still having the same problem. I'm thinking maybe the fuel filter? or am I heading in the wrong direction?

have you tried running it with the bar and chain off? this will make me sure its the engine.

Problem lies in the carbeurator and plug.

Clean the carb with carb cleaner - clean or replace the air filter - and change the plug.

Your fuel/air ratio is off during load.

My husqvarna 128ld starts and idles fast but only with the choke half on. Give it gas or take the choke off and it dies.

Possibly a fuel starvation issue, incorrect fuel air mix or an air leak within the fuel system

. Have a 350 Husqvarna chainsaw which idles

This sounds like fuel starvation, replace the fuel filter in the fuel tank, if this does not help, when it starts to die just slacken off the fuel filler cap, if it picks up and runs normaly then it is a tank braeather issue, the breather is on the top right hand corner of the fuel tank, replace it.

Hit the throttle it quits running . it starts right up fast idle ok cuts good .wide open throttle runs fine. let it idle and hit the throttle it dies, starts right back up. has new carb kit, fuel, spark...

Conected to the rubber induction boot is the impulse hose, it is a short curled pipe, make sure this has not split and is conected to the two nipples on the carb flange.

Husqvarna 350 has spark and fuel wont start just quit running while in use

1- Is the mix (gas & oil) right? If its 2-cycle,check the manual.
2- Is the choke set?

Husqvarna 51 idle seems to struggle, runs OK when I throttle then chokes and dies out as soon as the throttle is released. What can I do?

will it start right back up after it dies? you could use a small screwdriver and turn the idle screw in a little to raise the idle speed that should fix it.

I have a husqvarna 125L gas trimmer and dies after about 5 to 10 min and keeps dying and won't idle, have to keep throttling up

Could be clogged gas cap. Take the cap off and see if you can blow air through it. If no air passes, the trimmer will become vapor locked and wont be able to get enough gas.

Husky 455 dies out at full throttle or under load

Your carb may be the issue but your ignition coil could be the culprit. Once they start going bad, they can act up intermittently or give various symptoms from day to day. The fact that your saw dies at full load or under load, probably means that when your saw gets hot or requires more spark, your coil is not able to provide it. Your carb is easy enough to clean out, you can take it all apart and clean all screens, etc....

I just replaced my coil due to the exact same symptoms and now my saw runs great. $60 off ebay and you can put it on in 15 minutes yourself. Check your carb first though
