Z310i screen will not display

Hello,

there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.

The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.

I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.

If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

if the display gos white after operating flap of the phone you need to replace the flexcable of the phone
and if the phone is white display only problem may be in the lcd of the phone

The connecting cable from the IC board(Bottom Part) to the display(Top Part) is damaged at the hinged portion of your phone.Go to your nearest Sny Ericsson Service center to resolve this issue.

This just happened to me, the solution is to wiggle the top half a bit (like you wanna break it, but don't break it.) The root of the problem is a loose wire that connects the two phone parts. Mine still goes blank on me but then i wiggle it... just a little bit...

I think there would be any contact lost between the display and mother board . Go to a service centre and get it rectified . it would cost around 5-10$

you need to consult a local repair shop...but i would advice buying a new phone is always better than repairing ..some other problem will keep on emerging if you go for repairing....while you can buy a new phone that will save a lot of time ,money and energy
