If you have signed up for Netflix, you will be billed for the service.
If you did not sign up I would call Netflix at (866)579-7172, their customer service line, and ask why you were billed. I would also call if you believe your bill should be a different amount.
To do this you must go to "Your Account" (With the new profiles addition you have to hover over your icon, a drop down menu will appear) Now, Membership and Billing is the first thing on the screen, there you can click "update payment info" which is located to the far right. Also, under it is Billing Details which allows you to see when you are being charged and the amount of payments thus far.
Sign into Netflix from your web browser on your computer, mouse over your name in the upper right corner, then select Your Account. Under Membership & Billing, click Add/Update payment method, fill in your credit card details and it should bill that card the first part of every month automatically.
I can't think of a solution, but if you can't let it go past 30 days, try the live chat, yes it is $20.00, but for paying your bills, i'd pay that to help get my bill paid.
