1. Go to Manage Your Content and Devices.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Click Digital Payment Settings, under Edit Payment Method.
4. Select a different payment method from the list or add a new one and click Continue.

Click Edit under the card name. You can update your billing address, select a default card, update card details or remove the card from your account.

1. Go to Your Account and select Payment options.
2. In the Payment options section, do one of the following: To add a payment method, select Add a Card or Add a personal checking account . To edit a payment method, open your payment option and select Edit .

Set up an on-line account with your bank. Then there's a "Pay Bills" option within the bank site where you create billers, putting in the information from the bill you get in the mail. From there you should have other options, to set automatic payments, etc..

Log into your Amazon account and click on Payment Options/ Edit or add payment options.
That place should allow you to revise your payment information.

Change payment for an Xbox LIVE membership

Xbox LIVE purchases and membership renewals are charged to the payment option that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. Use the following steps to add or change a payment option that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you want to remove a payment option, please see Remove an Xbox LIVE payment option.
Show all Console steps: Add or change a payment option

1. Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Go to My Xbox, and then select your avatar.
3. Go to Account Management, and then select Manage Account.
4. Go to Your Memberships, and then select the membership that you want to change (for example, Xbox LIVE Gold).
5. Select Change Payment Options.
6. Do one of the following:
   • Select Add Credit Card to add a new credit card.
   • Select Add PayPal for information about how to add a PayPal account at xbox.com/accounts. PayPal is not available in all regions. For a list of supported regions, please see Using PayPal with your Xbox LIVE Account.

Computer steps: Add or change a payment option You can also you can add or edit Xbox LIVE account information using the Microsoft Billing and Account Management website. Here's how:

I am currently using the basic version online which may be a little different from your version. With in my version I am able to do that by editting the clients information and then selecting the terms under the section named clients billing information.
