I have cans of 134a to refill the ac on a 1987 ford f150 where are ports or valves

I believe the recharging of air conditioning needs the appropriate tool. You may not be able to recharge the system yourself.
Also, be very careful, you can be blinded if an attempted refill goes wrong. I am aeare of a few cases.

Can you tell me , what fault coads p1412 on a 2006 for fiesta 14 tdci mean? many thanks

It means your EGR valve is stuck. Yank it off and clean it with a product like Seafoam and a nylon bristle brush. Make sure the pintle moves freely.

Hi, I've just drained and refilled my radiator to get rid of an air pocket that was making water noise behind the glove box. The sound has gone for the time being but my heater will no longer blow hot air...

A lot of Fords have an in-line heater control valve with a small vacuum line going to it. It is possible that the line may have came disconnected when you were servicing your cooling system. Another possibilty is that you still have an air pocket in the heater core preventing coolant to flow through it. If you jack up the front of the vehicle high enough for the top of the radiator to be higher than the heater core the air will work its way out. Run the engine with the radiator cap off until the thermostat opens and see if any more air comes out.
