Where is the air conditioning refill valve(nipple) on a mk6 2006 ford fiesta tdci
A lot of Fords have an in-line heater control valve with a small vacuum line going to it. It is possible that the line may have came disconnected when you were servicing your cooling system. Another possibilty is that you still have an air pocket in the heater core preventing coolant to flow through it. If you jack up the front of the vehicle high enough for the top of the radiator to be higher than the heater core the air will work its way out. Run the engine with the radiator cap off until the thermostat opens and see if any more air comes out.
