Dear Tarek

1. Check the interface cable try replacing it first.

2. Goto printer and faxes and you will find you cutter driver there double click to open it.

3. Make sure in the file menu the 4th option PAUSE PRINTING is un-ticked.

This should solve the problem.

Did you hold down the Fn key and press the function key for the external VGA port? It should cycle as LCD only, LCD and VGA, VGA only and then back to LCD.
