Denon Dp-47f doesn’t work due to receiving 220volts (110v was the device voltage)? What could possibly be the reason and what needs to be changed? Thanks.

If there is a fuse carrier on the rear panel, please open it and check the fuse. This is should be the first to go. Replace it if it is blown out.
OR
If the fuse is OK, the power supply unit inside the Denon needs to checked. This can be done only by an approved service provider.

Hi, I have a Denon AVR-1709 & recently set up Zone 2 to operate my outdoor speakers via AMP Assign. The system is working but I''m only getting limited volume through the outdoor spears and the...

zone 2 volume can be adjusted by zone2 remote control (small one which came with the unit) or by main remote control if you switch it to zone2 mode. My main rem control has a slide switch i have to put in zone 2 position to operate zone 2 amp.

Denon AVR 1609 volume Zone 2

Logitech recommends that zone 2 is controlled using device mode on your Harmony remote. Controlling zone 1 and zone 2 simultaneously within activities may lead to the AV Receiver turning on and off unexpectedly as you switch between activities. For example, if you try to turn on zone 2 within an activity, it may turn on or off zone 1 and vice versa. Controlling zone 2 in device mode will prevent this from happening.

I have a Denon DP-DJ151 and the power won't turn on. Is there a fuse with these turntables that might be blown?

ive not worked on a denon deck but there will be internal fuses.on techknics you remove the platter then remove the caseing to uncover the board and the fuses will be on there, make sure to use the right ones though as they protect main board gd luck

Turntable speed erratic

It is likely that grease has hardened and as the gears rotate that grease is interfering with normal operation. Take the unit apart and have a look at the drive mechanism, if there is something in the gears you should be able to see it.

BOOM SOUND AT AUDIO MODE CHANGE

Suggest turning the volume down on the Receiver/Amp before changing modes. Changing modes can produce signals that can hurt speakers if driving at mid-high levels.

Regarding the sub, turn off the receiver first, then turn off the sub. When turning everything on, turn on the sub first, then the receiver. If you still hear the noice in the sub, turn down the volume in the sub before turning it off (making note of what volume level you prefer for it when it is on).
