My phone battery died yesterday and after I charged it and turned it back on, it now puts every call on speakerphone. I tried turning the speakerphone on and off to see if it would catch or something and I tried turning the phone off again to see if it was just something weird from start up but it still does it. Please Help

If you are sure you can't be heard while NOT on speakerphone, it's probably a software problem, if you can be heard but can't hear while NOT on speakerphone, then it might be a bad Mic. If you really can't be heard while NOT on speakerphone and you are out of other options, perform a HARD RESET to restore the phone to factory (or current ROM) settings. Check to make sure the mute function isn't being initiated when you take the phone off speakerphone or start a call.
READ AND FOLLOW THIS GUIDE TO PERFORM A HARD RESET.
Locking mode
To prevent accidental key presses that could turn your speakerphone
on e.g. while carrying it in a bag, the speakerphone can be
turned into locking mode. Press simultaneously the Answer/End
button and FM button for 4 seconds while the speakerphone is
turned on. The speakerphone is now turned off and can only be
turned on again by pressing Answer/End button and FM button
simultaneously for 2 seconds.
