Glass tray measures approximately 16 1/2 inches in overall diameter.

The revolving glass plate on Panasonic NN-GD546 no longer revolve

the plate is controlled by a rotating motor.the motor is probably stuck or bad.

Microwave oven NN-S573

The usual cause is the tray motor assembly, or the power supply that feeds it. These parts are available from the parts rep for Panasonic. Contact Panasonic for details.

There are serious safety issues when servicing microwave ovens. I suggest to have the oven professionaly serviced by an experienced service tech for these products.
