Samsung L100 wont turn on

Try this, it worked for me
Turn off phone
Remove battery
Wait 10 seconds
Plug in charger
Insert battery
Turn on phone

This is Battery Issue, Charge the battery fully.

Also Wipe the contacts on the Battery and inside the Camera battery slot

It should work fine

Are the batteries fully charged ?

Sounds like the battery might be low which would cause the red flashing light and dark screen. Let it charge for a little bit then try turning it on again. If it still does it with the power supply plugged in, make sure there isn't a lens cover on it, and switch modes or try getting into the menu to see if you can get anything to come up. If that still doesn't work then it sounds like there might be a problem with the camera.

Sounds like the software/firmware needs to be updated. Samsung will do it for $50 or you may be lucky enough to get a download off the web.

Ditto... except my daughter is 10. Both screens remain black, are fully charged and green light stays on for more than 4 minutes.

tuen on camera then press display a few times. it sounds like the display is just turned off. the lens system should be open.

Please eject camera battery and clean with a pin your battery tip in your camera with care fully.
