If you are just trying to close it and have ios 7 double tap the home button and swipe up on the app. If you want to delete it, hold the app until it starts to shake. At that time you should see a red "x" on the app, tapping that deletes it from your ipad.

Not the tv problems,this problems are the tv stations channels broadcasting tv stations,it is the problems of the tv stations.Some tv broadcasting stations channels are roaring sound some are normal or smaller.Just use the tv volume control + - adjust the tv suomd that all.

If the volume playing music or on any other site is ok, then its just down to the tv program you are watching, most web players have a volume slider, is the volume up full?
If it is you may need to use a pair of speakers or headphones

Check to make sure your tv is not in SAP, if one is in spanish this is a big clue.

Yours may not be the same model as mine is, but mine has a "sound lock" option which for some reason was turned on when i got it. this makes the sound only go up to a certain decibel level.

I get the same problem with my Nakamichi, but it never bothered me much, since i can't notice any quality drop, besides, its only radio. I remember it happens only on certain stations though, which leads me to believe it might have to do with the broadcast itself which oscillates and varies in amplification from station to station, and is affected by weather and geography. If it really botheres you, try getting extra juice amp for your tuner from some specialy electronic store. Good luck
