Hi what is network locked on

please do full restore your phone
or reset network settings

if you have disabled wifi or mobile network on mobile, it should not connect on its own

Do check the manual settings.Internet connection can be done through Wifi or mobile data.If you are trying through Wifi..switch ON the Wifi in your Nokia Lumia 520 and it will automatically detect the nearby WiFi devices..select the one that you desire and provide the necessary password authentication if required..you will be directly connected to the internet.
If you choose mobile data...try to get a 3G or 4G speed sim since it is faster..and do the respective settings if any, by contacting your network provider.You will be connected to the internet.

Yup its have a wifi signal. But you need a wifi router .like mall they have a free wifi or a computer shop. If you want to open your wifi just 12 click menu-setting-connectivity-WLAN-on your wifi then search.then click the available wifi then if say connected.. You can now internet..

If by wireless internet you mean wifi, here are the steps:
1. Go to settings < Connectivity < Wifi < Scan for wireless network 2. Select your Wireless entwork from list and connect. 3. Enter your passkey and It will be saved as Internet destination you can now connect to internet using wifi.
If you still can browse, Open browser, settings, Destination and select Internet as your default destination.
