Its WSOD (White Screen of Death)
The Most Common Problem for SE-Walkman Phones.
There are tested/working ways to work it out.
You have to flash your Firmware, BUT read the full procedure first and ask me if you got any problem, before proceeding.

Note: This solution will ONLY work if your Phone shows a pulse of vibration when turned on.

Please connect the phone to a power outlet. Let it charge for 15 minutes and then switch it on. This happens when it is out of power.

U HAVE CHANGE UR PHONE SETTING'S

goto sony ericssons website and download there sony ericsson update service software and upgrade the software to the latest version, if its already at the latest version then just upgrade it anyways it should stop it from vibrating all the time, you can take the battery out when the handset is on, but can cause data lose!

your cell phone mother board might damaged. replace it.it is not software problem
