SImply use a data cable and connect from your tablet to your computer. If you have windows 7 or later it should autodetect and download the correct driver.
You may have to enable usb storage on your device, When you plug it in make sure it is on and it should prompt you.
Alternatively you can turn on usb debugging and install the Android SDK. Then use it to backup the entire tablet via adb.
Try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. I had the same issue with my kindle fire once usually if you hold down the power button for around 20 or 30 seconds it will turn back on and should work fine if not contact tech support and they can give you more information and hopefully a solution.
Holding down the power button for ten seconds resets the device. After resetting two or three times, be patient because it will definitely load on the third time.
