I bought this through No More Rack.com and it came with wrong power cord. It will not go all the way inside the tablet to charge it. I just got it and wonder if it is a fake. Why would the battery charging cord not fit if it was the real deal?
I don't have a fix, but I feel a scam since I just got mine today from No More Rack & mine cord doesn't fit either.
I just posted a question about this on their customer service, but concerned they may not fix. Then have many complaints when you look nomorerack.com up online. I am a little concerned since I purchased 2 of the tablets & got burned on the chargers for both.
I even got a replacement charger that was supposed to fit. That one doesn't fit either. I finally got # for the company that supplied tablets to nomorerack.com to sell. I am going to call them. I also would like the real instructions for it. The bootleg ones that came with it look like it was interpreted by someone who didn't speak good English. Even says you can reverse the camera which it turns out, we can't. I got mine April 2nd as well. I will try to remember to post here if I get things corrected.

I'm having the same issue, but when I first charged it, it worked fine even if the charger did not insert all the way. Frustrated to say the least
