While this may sound strange, it is not likely the receiver that is the probem, at least at this point. Remove the "tweeters" from the speakers and measure across the two leads. You should read continuity. If not, then the tweeters need to be replaced. I believe that you may have blown the tweeters.

Check all other speakers. Use a torch cell to check them I think that you know how to check them with torch cell. Or connect other speakers to this working A channel one by one, and see whether all are working well. If all are good, the fault is with either its output relay contacts [eventhough the relay clik sound is there, its inside contacts may be faulty]. If so they are to be replaced. Check teh first I refered, and infrom me the result. OK.
