Its probably time for small claims court and a new company to install good equipment. Have a couple different companies/contractors give an estimate and possibly expert advice/witness you would then be able to use in court so you can get reimbursed from a bad company. Hope it all works out.
Washing machines drain with a tremendous amount of pressure, and a partial clog can make everything else drain good but still cause your problem. To fix get a good drain cleaner for grease and hair and put it down the closest drain to your washer. You may have to do this more than once. After the cleaner has about an hour to work, run the washer before anything else.
Stop wondering, replace the thing and your troubles will be over. Your troubles are inside the tank and not worth even giving it another thought. Go for it!
If it has a distance from the boiler to your use the water in the lines and the lines themselves ahve to warm up before you will get hot water, Let me know more if this dosnt help. Please rate me as high as possible if it does help you understand your trouble.
it sounds more like the gas valve, you can taje the numbers off of it call or e-mail the compant and buy a new one,,, the thermal coupling keeps the piliot lit but i don't get it RECONDITIONED, I have been doing plumbing for 34 years now and to get a water heater thats reconditioned it would probobly be cheaper to buy a new water heater with this kind of problem good luck
I think you have a warranty on this heater for one year.I call lowes and tell them you are dissatfield with this heater.They will someone to fix it change it out for you. But you have to stand your ground with it.But ithink your prosble is the reset on the heating element.I think it getting to hot and cut it off.Or the thermostate is sticking.Good Luck!
