One Verizon customer was told I am listed as spam within the verizon system and they need to set filters accordingly. It's not realistic for me to nitify everey verizon contac I have about this. How can I address this??
What are you using to send your mail? Gmail? Comcast? Your own domain name?
If Gmail or Comcast (or any other big provider) got blocked for Spam, you should notify them.
If you're hosting your own domain/e-mail, you should contact your webhost, and they'll handle it for you.

I have contacted both Yahoo and my provider Comcast and made them aware of the problem, but they did not offer a solution.
