The top freezer on my 4 year old 18.2cu frigidare/electrolux refrigerator is not freezing and the inside compartment fan stays on continuously. The freezer compartment is as cold as the refrigerator compartment. Is this an easy fix?
Look for ice buildup on the back wall of the freezer.
If ice is there you have a defrost parts issue.
If not, check the compressor to make sure it is running.

It sounds like a possible leak within your water line or water filter and that is what could be causing your Electrolux refrigerator fan to freeze. I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnosis your refrigerator.
The leak could also be within the cabinet and a technician would have the appropriate tools need to locate the cause of the leak. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt
