What you do is called a system reload, take the factory disks and do a fresh install. Be sure to update everything and BE MOST certain that you have the product code for Windows, or you are stopped.
A faster way would be to add another user, and delete your user. This does not wipe the drive, but it takes a techie to find anything of yours.

If you are in love with Norton.... Personally I use Avast the free version and have foudn it very good. Just look out for it on the internet. As regards Norton, if you do not have a cd then you must have downloaded an installation file and saved that somehwere, if not I am sure that if you are a registerd user you could still downlad it again if it is still covered byt the licence you paid for.
Might be caused by an error in the memory partition. Try completely wiping the memory:
1) Hold down the menu button while holding the On/Off slider to the On position. 2) You should get a menu that says "Erase Internal Memory" with two options: Yes and No. Choose No.
It will delete everything on it and start from factory settings. From there, just treat it like it's brand new. Hope that helps!
On one of your menus there should be a selection to "Format Card". Select this and it will wipe everything from the card in 5 to 10 seconds. Keep in mind it will wipe it clean.
Another option, if you do not want to delete everything is to find a computer with a multi-card reader. Insert it into the computer and use Windows Explorer to select all the pics you want to delete by holding the <Control> button down and left clicking the mouse. When you have selected all the ones you want to delete, right click and select <Delete>.
What program are you using to read (play) the DVD?
If you are using Windows media Player and Nero 6 you need to:
Go to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\NeAudio.ax and NeVideo.ax Don't delete these files! For safety reason create New folder and move files in it.
