Check trm/tilt release screw,does trim motor run but motor doesn't lift,if trim motor doesn't run then it's probably trim solenoid/relay

Have to take off gearbox,trm tab must also come off and look for nut inside vavity

Color code? Interior color code is located on the sticker in the door under int trm like cq or such.

The power adapter maybe faulty. Test the voltage on the plug that connects to the router with a multimeter, the voltage should be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the adapter.
If the voltage is low or zero then the adapter needs to be replaced.
