Did you hear the logon sound through the spekers... any sound???? if the answer is no you have problem with the hard disk, if the answer is yes, the sreem of the laptop is out, but in first place check the garanty of the laptop.

1 disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery from the laptop
2. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
3. replace the battery and connect the ac adapter to the laptop
4. turn On the notebook and check.

If the issue persists, restart the notebook and press F10 to check if you see the BIOS screen. If you cannot see the BIOS screen then the issue could be hardware issue and your laptop needs to be repaired

install the drivers software for it

check the voice simulation feature and make sure its on "Normal". You can find that under Setting - General Call Setting - Voice changes

No problem. You need to enter The bios, And get the computer to start from The CD/DVD rom drive.
Put windows in the Drive, and you should be able to reboot from there with options to Format et,c.
