Ford Racing 3 (PC) Multiplayer, Lan

Hey guys,
I was looking for the solution for a few weeks and I might have the solution(s). One is Gameranger which is a program to play older multiplayer games. Quite simple to use but if you have a router you have to forward the 16000 port (UDP). It should work. But it doesn't you can also try Tunngle so you don't need port forwarding anymore. Tunngle has lots of bugs so it can take a time while you can force it to work well but it's a well-known program and it's much easier to get help about it than to get help about a twelve years old strategy game's multiplayer feature.

there are many many games that you can play in multiplayer modes but you ought to have resources.

if you and your friends have a laptop then download counter strike . and play it with your friends bu connecting all computers through wireless lan.
if you have a desktop and laptop then you can use a lan cable( it costs 50 INR or $1)

again you may get 2 game controller and play with your friends.

Even people now prefer facebook games like mafia wars , farmville , empires and allies etc where you need to co ordinate with your friends online.

Yes your friend is telling you the truth. When you load up a game and choose the Multiplayer option you usually get a choice to go through Windows Live or LAN.

LAN is the option you need to choose to play on-line without having to sign in to Windows Live.
Be aware that only some games support this option.

search lan setting in your game (multiplayer)...if needed, set ip address..must well configure..
firewall:add that games to firewall exceptions....open firewall ---> click exceptions tab ---> add program :)

I don't think the game allows online play with 2 same cd keys...
I'm not allowed to advise you to get another cd key from the net, because that is illegal.
I guess you will need another copy of the game to play multiplayer.

All you need is a switch or a router no PC or laptop needed. Connect the PS3s to a switch and you guys should be good to go.

if you mean in-game, go to multiplayer, then select Local Area Network (UDP)
