Sigmatel Mobile S90 Power off and not starting

I entered the Engineer mode and selected the 5th option i.e Misc and the selected the 2nd option i.e. High speed sim and turned it on. My phone turned off after 3 sec and is not restarting, insted it is blinking only. Please help as soon as possible. hi,
I tried secret code (*#3646633#) on my SIGMATEL S9 mobile display showpower of in 3 sec. after my mobile not booting (switch on or nocharging)

my phone is sigmatel s4 .i used my phone in flight mode and my dual sim was not working as well as my menu option was disable it was not working.so took help of an expert at fixya they give me the code *#3646633# and i used thet code and got a engineer mode on my phone i was adviced to select 5th option but i unfortunately selected 2nd option (speedsim active) something like this and my cell automaticlly got switched off.I am in serious problem bcoz it is not working now it is not get on just the keypad is blinking.

S 90 in flight mode
Lots Of Time U Find That In S90 If U Select Flight Mode U Cant Press Menu Key To Change The Settings.
No need to flash or format,
Solution Is Just,

Dial- *#3646633# in the home screen, u will see engineer mode select5th option 'Misc' then 6th option 'Assert Testing' now your phone willrestart, now u can able to enter menu go to settings & select 'Dualsim open' mode.

no worries u don't even have to format the phone....
