By holding down the button in the back, you may have reset it to factory defaults for the password and username. Try using Admin for the user name and motorola for the password.
hi this is normally printed on the underside of the unit, you have to go into the main user profile to gain access to the network password, the main user name is normally : admin and the normal default password is : password, but this is normally under the unit on its label once in you should be able to find the main network password from there...hope this helps
Page 7 on the document contains a picture of your modem's back side. You'll notice a recessed button that will RESET the modem back to the default values, which include username and password. Press this for at least 5 seconds.
Reset the router to factory defaults by putting in a push-in in the small hold at the back of the router. You should then be able to login using the default password. Default password should be in the user manual.
Can you please tell us the exact model number of your device? You can find it at the bottom of the device itself.
Just in case you haven't tried it yet, Motorola's default username is admin and default password is motorola.
If the defaults are not working and you can't remember your password, you need to reset the device by holding down the reset button for 20 seconds at the back of it then turn off for 10 seconds. It should be back to defaults which is admin and motorola for username and password.
