Error 41 and door not locking. Tech came today and said that the hinges needed to be replaced as they weren't allowing the door to close properly. This on a 10 month old dual fuel Bosch.
I tried to use the self-cleaning feature on my (gas) Bosch HGS7282UC range, and it started beeping, with "ERROR 41" showing on the display, as well as a lock symbol. The door can be opened, so I think that the inability to lock the door is the cause of the fault - which can be traced back to the doorknob of a gas-fitter who removed the door for no apparent reason when hooking up the gas to the stove.
LOCK SYMBOL WON'T COME OFF. CAN'T BAKE.
