Do a factory reset. Remove all power including internal battery. Let the unit discharge completely. Plug into external power supply and try to start up. If it starts. shut down, put the external cord out , replace internal battery, and recharge for an hour. Now try a strat from the internal batter. If it fails, that s the problem.
connect other device. If connected then the router is OK. But if not, reset the router( or just power off then wait for about a minute or more then power it on).
