Concord fan lights work, fan only at low speed.

Based on the information provided, it is possible that the issue lies with the Zing Ear ZE-208D 3 speed switch. This switch controls the fan speed and if it is not functioning properly, it could cause the fan to only run at the lowest speed. It is also possible that there could be an issue with the transformer or another component, but without further testing it is difficult to determine the exact cause of the problem.

One potential solution would be to replace the Zing Ear ZE-208D 3 speed switch. This can be done by disconnecting the wires from the old switch and connecting them to the new switch in the same configuration. It is important to ensure that the new switch is compatible with the fan and has the same number of wires as the old switch.

Another potential solution would be to check the wiring connections between the switch and the fan motor. Loose or damaged connections could cause issues with the fan speed.

If neither of these solutions work, it may be necessary to consult a professional electrician or contact Concord for further assistance.

I have a dimmer switch installed and it wont work with the celing fan

Your question has two switches and 1 dimmer.
The fan switch works.
The light switch works.
The dimmer does not. What is the dimmer connected to?
Dimmers typically will not control fan speed unless they are rated to do that.
Do you have a 3-way switching where two switches control same light, and you installed the dimmer in place of 3-way switch?

Old fan switch has 4 wires, new one has 3. A Ceiling fan light switch is for the fan, not the light, correct?

You have 2 questions:
1) Pull-chain Switch question:
You need a fan switch with 4 wires.
http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&productId=202191016&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&PID=500871&cm_mmc=CJ-_-500871-_-10368321&cpncode=00-29062147-2&AID=10368321&cj=true&srccode=cii_9324560&locStoreNum=577
Your pull-chain switch has one wire that connects to Hot from wall switch. And then one wire for each of the 3 speeds.
Best way to start is to test the old switch with continuity tester.

Compare results with following image of 3-wire switch for general reference:

2) Ceiling fan pull chain switch is for the fan only.

Our fan is going in the reverse direction...how do we switch it?

mcdevito75 here, Generally, The Fan switch itself is a pull chain type switch on the fan motor itself, this is a fan speed switch, NOW! also generally the reverse fan swtich is another shorter pull chain switch just about an inch away from the Fan Speed switch or the longer pull chain switch on the fan motor. This reverse switch can also be a toggle type or slide type switch but will be close to the fan speed switch on the fan motor itself.

Evaporator fans do not come on, why would evaporator is not cool enough?

There are three main reasons the fans would not come on.
1: A bad door switch. There are switches on the top part of door frame. They turn fans off when door is opened to prevent warm air from being drawn into unit when door is open. If a switch goes bad the fans will never turn on.
2: Refrigeration problem. The fans are tied into a temperature switch called a fan delay. The fans will not come on until the coil is well below freezing. This is to prevent water spray after a defrost. If unit is low on gas or has any other cooling issue the fans will not come on.
3: Bad fan delay switch. If the fan delay switch becomes "stuck open" the fans will not be energized.

Feel the back of your evaporator coil, if it is very cold and frosted you probably have a bad fan switch, or a bad door switch. ;)
