Ignition/no spark on ford GT85 riding mower with a kohler M18QS gas engine. I need the electrical schematics for diagnostics.

follow this steps and fix it. GOD BLESS YOU
If grass is poorly or unevenly cut, try mowing at a slower speed and adjusting the engine speed with instructions in your owner's manual. Scrape away any dried grass and other debris caked under the mower deck. Sharpen or replace dull or bent blades 0fbc95da-10ce-4268-a804-bcc52ffe7dcf.jpg. Check and replace a worn belt.
If the V-belt slips or comes off during use, clear any debris in the belt area, adjust the drive-belt tension (see below), or have the belt replaced. Adjust and tighten pulley fasteners or have a service center replace worn parts.
If the belt squeals or wears excessively, adjust the drive-belt tension (see below) and look for obstructions around the belt. If that doesn't work, take the mower in for professional service.
If the mower vibrates excessively when the clutch is engaged, scrape away any debris accumulated under the deck. Balance the blade and replace the blade if needed. If that fails, adjust drive-belt tension (see below). If you find that the drive belt, pulley, or other belt-drive part is damaged, consider having it replaced by a professional.
If the mower is hard to shift or doesn't move when the clutch is engaged, adjust the drive-belt tension (see below). Also make sure the mower is lubricated according to the owner's manual specifications. As needed, have the mower serviced for damaged or maladjusted clutch/brake pedal linkage.
If the engine doesn't start, loses power, or dies during use.
Replace a recoil starter rope:
  1. Disconnect the spark plug cable for safety.
  2. Disengage the throttle cable from the housing and remove the housing as needed to access the starter.
  3. Remove the handle from the rope, which is often held in place by a knot or retainer pin.
  4. Unfasten the other end of the rope from the starter using pliers or a cutter as needed.
  5. Knot the end of the replacement rope.
  6. Tighten the pulley counterclockwise all the way, then back it off two turns and hold it firmly.
  7. Thread the unknotted rope end through the pulley hole.
  8. Thread the rope through the housing hole and pull it taut.
  9. Slowly release the pulley, allowing the rope to wind around the pulley.
  10. Attach the handle and reassemble as needed.
  11. Reconnect the spark plug cable.
Replace a recoil starter spring:
  1. Disconnect the spark plug cable for safety.
  2. Remove the housing and the spring cover.
  3. Carefully remove the rope from the pulley to release spring tension.
  4. Remove and replace the spring as recommended by the manufacturer.
  5. Reinstall the pulley, rope, and housing following the instructions above.
  6. Reconnect the spark plug cable.

Low current. Will hardly drive a sander or lights. Voltage guages says 120V. Unit is 3 years old but has maybe 10 hours of use max

I found this at http://www.championpowerequipment.com/tech-bulletins/
AVR Voltage Adjustment

This bulletin covers the following Champion Power Equipment models:

C46535 C41150 C41365

C46540 C41155 C75520E

C49055 C41255 C71350E

Note: Read instructions completely before performing service.

1. On the end of the generator locate the round yellow cover held on by two 7mm bolts.

Remove the two bolts and the yellow cover will come right off.

2. At approximately 7 o'clock you'll see a kidney shaped electrical component called the AVR,

which is held on by two 7mm bolts. Remove the two bolts but do not disconnect the wiring

and turn the AVR over so you can see the backside. You should see a round part coming off

the AVR, this is the capacitor. You should also see a small rectangular box with a jewelers

screw, this is your voltage adjustment screw.

3. With a flat head screw driver turn the jewelers screw counter clockwise and this will lower

the voltage. As the screw is turned back watch the volt meter to see adjustment, the

generator must be running to do this.

4. Adjust the screw until the meter reads 250 volts. On model C46540 when the toggle switch

is turned to the 120 side the volt meter should read around 130 volts. Optimum voltage is

121.8 volts.

5. If voltage does not decrease or does not hold a steady output please contact Champion at

877-338-0999 for a new AVR.

The coil rope broke I would like to know how i can repair it. Generator 5500 watt champion.

If I understand correctly, you have a pull-start generator.

The rope to the pull-start broke.

This happened to us out on the job one day.

Our equipment might be different than yours. Our pull-start assembly is held with 4 bolts. Simply remover those bolts and lift off the cover ... carefully. The rope is attached to something I will call a pulley. The rope wraps around the pulley several times.

Do not lift out the pulley that the rope attaches to >> or the spring that re-winds the rope will come un-sprung (at least it did on our machine). If the spring comes unwound, then you got another job, and have to put the spring back also. Your machine might be different.

Keep pulley in place. Remove rope. Get another rope with same diameter and length and put it in.

How do you adjust the valeo speed jump rope for your height?

It's simple, really.
At each end of the handles, you'll see a black cap. You can use a flathead screwdriver to go right in the crack of it, and pop it out. You then take the black rope, pull it out, and move down the silver piece until it fits your height. If you're like me, you'll need to cut some of the rope so it will fit in the handle. After you have adjusted it to the right height, snap the black caps back in.

Clutch cable adjusters

Bowden cables like your clutch cable work on the law of the lever. Think of lifting up a heavy weight hanging on a rope using a lever balanced on a fulcrum. The rope is in tension and the fulcrum is in compression. To adjust the point of lift you could either vary the length of the rope or adjust the height of the fulcrum. The outer sleeve of your clutch cable is made out of plastic-coated steel, square-section wire and is resistant to compression forces along its length. This outer sleeve works as your fulcrum and, because it is flexible, lets you put it where it is needed - at the end of your handlebar. The cable inner is like the rope in the lever example and resists only stretching forces. It is threaded down through that snaking fulcrum back to where control movement is needed. The cable adjusters let you fine tune the length of the fulcrum, and therefore the lift range of the inner cable.,,,
