Are you sure that Model Number is correct? There are 73 Oster Microwave Manuals here, but none of that model number designation. When in doubt 'Read the Manual'.

The kilograms settings are for meats and cakes and large objects. All microwaves have a seconds and minutes setting. Most also have presets for certain things like Pizza and Popcorn.

I would would replace it, based on price it would no be cost effective
to replace it.

The unit that makes microwaves no longer working. It has a separate fuse for it. There is a hi voltage transformer there too, It may be bad

You might want to check the door microswitches for proper function. My microwave ovens have four separate switches on the door, one controls the actual heating, and if that switch goes bad, no heat. They're inexpensive and easy to replace.

Either the inverter which powers things or the Magnatron which in effect does the heating are bad.

If a fairly expensive unit it may be worth repair as these are of course two of the more expensive parts in the unit.

There are three things to consider, the magnetron "heats food" high voltage diode "sometimes cracks" and the high voltage capacitor "sometimes shorts" one or more can cause the symptom of no heat. I recommend a professional to assess.

It sounds like the thermal fuse may be defective, or the fan is not running, or the magnetron is getting to hot. If there are any heat issues the thermal fuse will cut power and reset in 5 minutes.

Check the door safety interlock switches for proper operation. #1 trouble with microwaves that operate in all respects but no heat.
