Press and hold Clock/Timer for 3 seconds. Will show 12Hr. If Want 24 hour clock, push again. Enter the time and push Clock/Timer again. Finally found this manual so thought I would share. https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfimages/8b/8b34816c-f8e0-4a97-956c-e0b2563a540e.pdf

Which would be great had one actually been included

To set the time display, the steps usually are to first turn off the microwave oven completely. Then power it on. Touch the "Clock" or "set time" pad and key in the current time. Press the set pad to lock the time.

    or maybe this
Press the "Clock" button once, then the correct number buttons to set the desired 12-hour time. Press "Clock" again to confirm. If you want to use 24-hour time, press the "Clock" button twice before inputting your numbers and pressing "Clock" again

On our model, you have to press START after entering the time, not CLOCK a second time.

SOURCE: Oster 1.1 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Combination Microwave Grill - OMW1199

After six months I just figured it out. Push the cook by weight button in and hold it until the clock function comes on. Turn left for hour and right for minute. Figured this out by holding the cancel button in and a child lock came on, I didn't know how to release it so I reversed the process by holding it in and it cleared. I tried it with the cook by weight, which has a small clock icon next to it and voilla.

SOURCE: can't set the Clock on microwave

One of these combinations may work:

CLOCK > 1 > 2 > 3 > CLOCK

CLOCK > 1 > 2 > 3 > START

CLOCK > CLEAR > 1 > 2 > 3 > CLOCK

CLOCK > CLEAR > 1 > 2 > 3 > START

Otherwise, I would contact the dealer you bought it form to see if they have a number for Cascade.

SOURCE: Set up Oster Microwave

No, that is the "waveguide cover".

It provides very important protection for the magnetron.

And always keep it clean according to your manual's instructions.

Oster microwave model OGGW3803 only works using kilograms and I need to use time?

Are you sure that Model Number is correct? There are 73 Oster Microwave Manuals here, but none of that model number designation. When in doubt 'Read the Manual'.

The kilograms settings are for meats and cakes and large objects. All microwaves have a seconds and minutes setting. Most also have presets for certain things like Pizza and Popcorn.
