I need a boostmobile store location where i can speak to a rep. about trading phones

For a price, expert speaks with you over phone while you work on water heater straps or any do-it-yourself project. Give phone rep link to brochure/manual so they can speak to you about each individual part while you describe location of your heater and type of wall surface.

You usually need to go into the Boost mobile store to get help extracting files from old /broken phones. Bring a thumb drive and your money with you.

I know that they charge for this (it's only like ten bucks) but the verizon store has a machine that will move all info from one phone to another or to USB/SIM card regardless of the carrier. Go there and you'll be ok : )

FYI, Boostmobile is an affiliate of Sprint so maybe a Sprint store might be an alternative if no Boostmobile store is nearby.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you might want to try:
Take the battery out for about 30 seconds and try to turn on the phone.When the phone goes to the white screen, just press the OK button (the circle button in the middle of the directional buttons) for more than like 3 seconds and you'll see the Motorola logo (do nothing) and then the phone will power ON by itself...it's very much like turning the phone off but without having to press the power on/off button.
If this doesn't work, then you really need to go to their store for help.

I have a USB cable; it only charges the phone and nothing else.

you do not have to unlock it, it will do yuo no good, you need to locate the boostmobile service books and install them for your internet and texting to work, google the word "BoostBerry" and you can pay like $12.00 for the download and it really works, my brother did it and it works just like nextel
