My daughter has not saved the internet on her craig android cmp41d tablet and I cannot get into it. It asks for the gmail username and password, but it says there is no internet connection. What can I do to fix this? The craig website for a hard reset was absolutely NO help!

The default passcode (WEP etc...) is usually on the router. Hopefully he didn't change it.

its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr

You may have to call the manufactor, but try the reset button. Can you take the battery out, if so try that to.

do you have a way to conect to a pc or lap top? Try that sometimes you can do that to

try starting it holding power button and volume up or down keys it should give you option to reset.let me know if you need more help.

Hold the power button down and the volume button down until the icon comes up then a menu will come up choose factor restore. If you still have problem let me know

If it's invalid, it's more than likely you got your google account wrong, check on your computer and if it still doesn't work try to reset your password, or simply start a new google account.

If you enter the pattern incorrectly several times, and option will come up for resetting a forgotten password.
