Too many patterns attemp..and i forgot google account..

Hi ashleysmi298 go on your computer and sign in to google. Under settings go to forgot password. You need to get you gmail password. If you don't remember the only other way is to do a hard reset on the phone. But here is the bad news , You will lost all your information and settings apps and whatever else you have on the phone, Now by going to google you can get your password and user name back. If that doesn't work you will need to powwer the phone off. hold the power and the up and down voule button at the same time. You do this until t comes on the screen.Now make sure you take out your memory card . If you don't want to do any of this go to your local carrier and have them help you with the hard reset.

you need to update phone to use it again, beware you will loose all data like phone contacts ,messages in the phone by doing so.
first you need to download xperia update program from this link.http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice/xperiax1?cc=gb&lc=en
install it on your computer and connect your phone and follow the instructions as prompted by software.

Hi dude ,if you failed to unlock the pattern the phone will ask you for your google account.That is simple.Give your gmail account user name and password which has been stored in your phone before.Then your phone will check it.After that you can enter into the phone if the email account matches.Then you can change the unlock pattern as your desire.Thanks.

the only way I know is to master reset it, create new google account or use the previous one to activate it.
