The control board has a steady light on. the egnighter is good. do i need a new board? everything else checks out. what is rev b in my model #?
SOURCE: Laars lite 2 Spark egnighter will not spark
turn power off first. I would disconnect igniter wire which will be a thick orange wire that comes off of ignition module if it is spark. once you have that the end will look like a spark plug wire take shield away from metal then hold orange wire in hand close but not touching metal turn power on and it will take a couple of minutes before it should start sparking. If you don't see a spark then it is most likely the ignition module. There should be a red light on ignition module that will blink to tell you what the failure is if is is a newer on. When you turn power on to laars light 2 the inducer motor should come on then a pressure switch should send 24volt to gas valve for pilot to lite. Can you smell gas at all when laars should be igniting. If you have any questions fell free to email me back
SOURCE: goodman gmp075-3 led blinks 5 times
I Also have the same and other problems with my furnace model # GDS80703AXBB. First the LED kept blinking 4 times and I too jumped the primary limit, that didn't kelp. After several attemps I moved the wires going to the circut board and everything starting working again. After a week It stopped working again, so I pulled the plug out of the circut board checked all wires for for a bad connection plugged it back in. Now the LED blinks 6 times again I move the wires. Then the LED blinks 3 times. Then the transformer burns out. I have burned out 2 transformers and I have ordered a new circut board.
SOURCE: need a control board for a gmp75-3 rev 3 goodman
need the complete model and serial number to get to a site that you can order it through
SOURCE: ok, I checked both rollouts,
Hello, check to see if you are getting a 120 volts at the motor, if no voltage then the control board is bad. Make sure tje door switch is taped down when checking. Also, check for 24 volts on a call for heat at the w and c terminals on the control board, if you have voltage but but motor does not run also indicates a bad board
