Why would you want too ? Did you break em? Just prise them off there if that is the case. They slide and lock into position and are not needed to be removed at any time unless they were broken because you forgot to lift the front before removing it. Cannot make that model number work.
Their are basically 2 styles of this washer Filter on top or filter inside. Which is yours and what is wrong with the dryer ?

Remove top panel to view drum

Unplug the dryer. Failing to do so could result in electrical shock, injury or death.
If the lint screen is mounted on the top cover, remove the lint screen from the lint filter. Once you remove the screen, you will see two screws that hold in the casing. Remove the screws and set them aside.
Wrap a putty knife in masking tape--to avoid scartches on the machine that may result from the knife-- or use a flat object to insert into the gap between the top and front panel of your dryer.
Move the putty knife to the right of the dryer. You will run into a spring clip. Push back on the clip with the putty knife to release the clip. Now, move the putty knife to the left and push back on the clip to release the left clip.
Lift the top panel up. Some washers will have hinges on the back which the top panel can rest on. On some, you will have to remove the panel completely.

Change belt

Take 2 screws out of the top where the filter goes in so the top can lift up. Slid the top forward to get to get the front of the top off the clips on the top of the front panel. If that don't work use a putty knife to push the clips back. Slide the putty knife in the crack to find the clips. Lift top up and secure it. Mark & remove the wires from the door switch . Remove 2 screws holding the cabinet to the front panel ,pull forward and lift on front panel to remove from bottom catches. Set front panel aside, remove old belt & replace. Grooves in belt go against drum.

Where is thermal fuse

If your Kenmore dryer has stopped producing heat, chances are the problem lies with the dryer's thermal fuse. A fire-prevention safety device, the thermal fuse is designed to disrupt the flow of electricity to the dryer's heating mechanisms if the dryer temperature reaches a predetermined maximum. Once activated, the thermal fuse must be replaced to restore the heat to your dryer. In Kenmore brand residential dryers, the thermal fuse will be located in one of two places.

Instructions

Front Panel Access
1 Unplug your Kenmore dryer from its power source. Make sure that the appliance is unplugged before proceeding.
2 Use a flathead screwdriver or putty knife to remove the dryer's bottom service panel, sometimes called the toe panel. Slide the screwdriver or putty knife along the top of the toe panel until you've located the toe panel clips. The clips are usually located about four inches in from either side of the service panel. Push down on the toe clips with the screwdriver or putty knife to release. Remove the panel and set it aside.

3 Locate the thermal fuse on your Kenmore dryer. Look for the thermal fuse directly above the dryer's motor; it looks like a white strip with two wires, and is usually mounted off to one side. See Resources for a diagram of thermal components.
Rear Access
4 Disconnect the Kenmore dryer from its power source while locating the thermal fuse.
5 Move the dryer away from the wall so that you can access the back of the appliance.
6 Use a screwdriver to remove the dryer's back panel. Set the panel and loose screws aside until you are ready to replace them.
7 Locate your Kenmore dryer's thermal fuse just above the exhaust port. The thermal fuse looks like a white strip with two connected wires.

Tips & Warnings

Clogged exhaust ports are a common cause of thermal fuse failure. While you've got your Kenmore dryer in pieces, clean out the exhaust ducts to keep it functioning at its best.

Take all proper safety precautions when working with electrical appliances. Make sure that your Kenmore dryer is unplugged before attempting to service it.

How do i take the dryer lid off to look inside

Two clips on the front under the top panel, use a putty knife to find each one, then push the putty knife in firmly square to the front of the machine in the middle of the clip. Stick a pencil or something small to hold the top up so it doesn't just fall back down and reclip itself. Move to the other side and repeat. When both clips are unclipped, the top panel will open like a trap door.

Model# 110.74994301. How do you remove front bottom panel from dryer

Just insert a putty knife along the top seam where the bottom panel meets the dryer front, about two inches in from each side. There is a retaining clip that you need to slide the putty knife into to while pulling out slightly on the bottom panel to release.

If you have any questions, please post back and let me know. I hope this helps you.

Did a load last night but will not start today. checked 30 amp circuit breaker but not tripped. replace 30 amp circuit breaker anyway. checked outlet for AC and seems OK for 220 volt. dryer is showing no...

There are no fuses inside dryers except thermal fuses, and they don't run the light. Check the connections where the cord hooks to the dryer. Is this a digital control dryer or does it have a knob? Some of the digital ones use the control box to run the light too, otherwise it must be a wiring problem.

How does one remove the lower front access panel on a Whirlpool gas dryer mode TEDL680AN?

Use a putty knife to separate the smaller bottom panel from the upper front panel.
About 2 inches in from each side there is a spring clip. Press the spring clip with the putty knife while pulling out on the edges of the smaller lower panel. It hinges down once it is free from the clips.
