Rear brake drum on 2002 grand am how do i get it off

Make sure the parking break is off, has the cable seized? If the vehicle has been parked with the parking break on for a long time, the brake shoes can stick to the drum!!!!(yes they can hold that tight). If this is what caused the problem, you can try banging the wheel, while trying to reverse the vehicle (only if they are steel wheels), If not take the wheel off and work your way round the drum banging as you go. Other possible cause is a brake linning or linkage come off and jammed the drum, if thats the case good luck, you will possibly have to result to cutting gear and damage

How do I check fuel pressure on a 1995 Grand Am 4cylinder engine?

do you need a reading or just seeing if the pump comes on? should be a test port depends on the engine. you can just listen when you key the car up. sometimes banging on the fuel tank when someone cranks the car will get the pump going. in a pinch.

1995 Jeep grand cheroke dies after engine gets hot or about 45 minutes to 1 hour of driving. We have changed the crank sensor and the problem still continues. Has been in the shop twice the jeep does not...

When it stalls, turn the key back on and listen for the fuel pump. If you can't hear it it is going bad. Usually banging on the tank bottom will jolt it into coming back on. Pump wont set a code. Can't say for sure that's it but cps and pump are the two main causes of that kind of problem.

Grinding noise in front end when coming to a stop,

could be a stone stuck in one of the calipers , sometimes driving in reverse can clear the stone.
