Kubota m120 3point lift arms will not go down

I think a 140 is a IH Cub . I don't believe they had available a 3 point hitch. Please register at www.farmallcub.com and there are people there that have had a 140 apart and back together many times. IF there was a 3 point hitch available they will know about it.

Standard tractors have a lever to the right of the driver, move toward the rear of the tractor to lower ... move toward the front to lift.

You need to put your hydraulic pump in gear and the lever that runs the hydraulic outlets will run your rockshaft it might not go down if there is no load on the 3-point.

A reversable pump operates the Hitch. sounds like a bad valve in that direction. If Fluid level was low, it would be a problem in both directions.
