SOURCE: Cub Cadet zero turn:Engine starts and runs about 5

You may have a faulty voltage regualtor that is blowing fuse. Have you tried a fuse that is 5 more amps?

SOURCE: cub cadet rzt 50, hit stump, blades wont engage but not bent

The blades on this cub cadet are activated with air pressure. Chances are that when you hit that stump, you either blew a fuse or the control module that allows the blades to spin. Begin by checking the fuses. J.

SOURCE: I have a Cub Cadet RZT 50 mower. The left drive

First, check the level of the hydraulic fluid (usually the dipstick is right inside the fill cap, and you just raise the seat to access it). If it's low, fill 'er up with the right fluid.

If that's OK, test if the lack of 'pull' affects the left wheel in both forward and reverse -- try going up a hill forward, and backing up it in reverse. If it affects both directions, maybe you will be lucky -- the problem could be that the bypass for the left hydraulic motor has opened somehow. (The bypass is used to let you push the mower by hand in case of an engine failure, etc.) So look for a fat-headed bolt sticking out of the left hydraulic motor. Check that it's tight -- rotate it just like you would tighten a bolt, clockwise. If it wasn't tight, that may be the problem; just tighten it and try the mower.

If this doesn't resolve it, you probably have a problem in the hydraulic valves, hoses, or motor, and a trip to the dealer is needed. Probably won't be cheap, sorry my friend. Good luck, and please rate if this was helpful, thanks!

Cub cadet rzt 50 with kohler engine runs a few minutes and shuts off

sounds fuel related. check the fuel lines and filter be sure they are good. if you unhook the fuel line at the carburetor and let it run out into a bucket for a few minutes, it should have a steady stream of flow. if it slows down or stops loosen the fuel cap. if it starts back to a good flow. replace the fuel cap. that may be causing the problem. be sure the vacuum tube for the fuel pump isnt cracked or hard.

Pto blows the fuse everytime i engage it on my rzt 50 cub cadet mower.

Wire harness for the PTO on the RZT's is designed dangerously near the drive pulley. After time, the harness drops and comes in contact with the pulley which grinds through the coating and shorts out the circuit. Repair (tape up) the wiring, relocate the the wire to the opposite side of the crank pulley (may have to zip-tie in place) - shouldn't be a problem anymore.
