My lg vu phone is stuck on emergency download on the screen

I had the same error i callled at&t and talked to them for 4 hours to get a new one. i lied to them and said it did not get wet and i got a new one. Did your phone or battery get wet. Check the white dots which is located on the battery and the phone. the one one the hone is located where you put the battery in and the battery on is located next to the connectors that connect it to the phone. I don't think there is anything to do but you could try bringing it to the at&t store and have them look at it I hope this helps.
