Because your PC is so new I would take it back, for them to solve the problem, get your antivirus updated. This should be free; but I must say you have been very unlucky
Download and install superantispyware from the net . Rename and exe file and install in your system. Update it with latest updates. Run a full system scan Then try to install your Antivirus software.

The cause of this problem is a combination of the new Windows Live Messenger 9 beta and McAfee antivirus trial that is installed on your Aspire.
Several solutions are availabe:
1. Simply to update your McAfee Antivirus. You can do this by selecting the update function in McAfee's interface. This should fix the problem instantly.
2. If step 1 does not work, you can, if you dont care much for the new Messenger look, uninstall version 9 and just install 8.5 again. This has no known problems at all.
