Can u plz help me my laptop screen is not turn on the only light is showing is the blue light plz help me

The problem is the any hardware part is not it its proper position

Avinash it can be hard disk or even the ram

Please first try to open and see all this component are in the proper state and secondly it can also be hard disk failure you have to specify me that if the computer goes in blue screen does the hard disk light is still blinking and if you can go the bios option then its more better


when you power the device then click on the f2 or f1 it will show your bios option then scroll down and you will see hard disk please specify me that its showing anything on the harddisk i mean the vendor name or model no

One of your keyboard keys should show you a picture of what looks like a light one for brighter and one for darker

my laptop is a acer so my keys are on the bottom left of my keyboard if you press the Fn key usually has blue writing on it and the key that looks like the brighter light ( Press them together )

it should brighten up your screen

first mention the errors in your blue screen then only we finalise the what errors your system have..........

try this...

turn on the laptop,,,
keep pressing F8
a menu screen will appear,, select SAFE MODE using the cursor keys and hit enter,,
once it boots in safe mode click no to use system restore..
follow the onscreen instructions to send it back to a date when it did work,,
it will shut it self down and restart in a propper manner..

if that fails,,

when u turn on the laptop it displays a menu,, it shows to press a certin key to enter system recovery,, press that key,,
follow the onscreen instructions to restor the laptop to factory condition..

Its not too hard. Without getting into too much detail:
Turn the laptop off.
Remove the battery.
Remove the Power Button display plate.
Remove the keyboard.
Unscrew the hinges holding the screen to the base of the laptop.
Pry open the border of the screen.
Remove the screws holding the screen and replace with the new one.

1. Go to QuickPlay (press the blue-lighted button above the F3 key (or next to the power button)).
2. When QuickPlay shows up, there is a row of six icons across the bottom of the screen: click on the second one from the left (the one with the photo-movie_reel-music_notes).
3. A window with three 'frames' shows up. On the left frame there are six items: the fifth one should say 'HP Webcam'. Click on it.
4. The webcam's blue LED light should now be turned on. There should be a rectangle with dimensions of ratio 1:2 which should show what the camera is sensing.
5. There is a row of seven buttons above that rectangle: the seventh is for taking snapshots and the sixth for recording videos.
6. Videos and pictures are saved at:
Pictures -- C:\Users\Public\Public Pictures\My Snapshots
Videos -- C:\Users\Public\Public Videos\ Webcam kindly rate me..

hi is this blue screen is always be previewed when u turn on ur laptop or it appears when ur laptop boot

if this happens when ur laptop boot to ur windows then ur screen will show a blue screen with errors code that show there is a problem with ur pc and this happens to prevent a harmful to ur laptop

so if this a problem write me the overall error message or take a picture of ur laptop when it shows this error message with blue screen and send it to me here or via mail to [email protected] which is appeared in ur screen with blue screen to tell u how to fix it

Is the battery fully charged?

plz try to restore the system to previous date when your computer was working fine. you can get it from start-all programes-accesorries-system tool-system restore.
plz post your findings

start ur pc in safe mode. if yes then u uninstall the display adapter.then restart ur pc in normally.plz report the result
