With the TV turned on, simultaneously press VOLUME down button on the front of the TV set and the number 7 button on the remote control to reset pin code and customer ID.

Aiwa television comes with the option of blocking certain channels from viewing, allowing you to control which channels people using the television can view. However, if you forget the code that you entered to block the channels, you might find yourself unable to watch those channels. Fortunately, there are a couple of buttons on the television and the remote that you can press to reset the PIN and customer ID numbers, which unblocks the channels.

Turn the television on.

Press the "Volume Down" button on the front of the TV and press the "7" button on the remote at the same time.

Enter in a new PIN code and new customer ID.

Just try this method to overcome the situation.

With TV turned ON simultaneously press "Volume Down" button on the front panel of the TV set and digit "7" button on the remote control to reset the pin code and customer ID. You have to reset the pin code and customer ID after this process. This must solve your Aiwa TV problem. OK.

Howdy,
1. Move slide switch at top of Reomote to A/V
2. Press& hold POWER BUTTON on REMOTE
3. Enter CODE #, & then release Power Button
4. Point remote at A/V & press power button; If works, remote is programed, if not try again
