Won't start. It makes the noises like it's going to but it doesn't. I downloaded about 10 pictures to it noo problem and now I can't. Help!!
Plugin the keychain to the USB
The keychain shows up as a CD Drive in My Computer.
Open up the drive
Copy the file ImageViewer4.exe to the Desktop
Run ImageViewer4.exe by double clicking on the file
The pictures have to be in the folder My Pictures; they will not work within a folder that is inside the My Pictures folder
Now you should be able to select and add your pictures from the My Pictures folder
If you still get an error, click on the Format Device button and then try the above again.
When you plug in the Insignia key chain and it keeps saying "Connecting ..." and battery symbol shows it's charging. Wait till its dun charging then the program should open automatically. That’s how mi key-chain worked.

i only got two pics on it and now it gives an error message when i try to do anything
I downloaded a couple of pics and now it won't let me load anymore either. It gives me an error message. Really frustrating!!!
I plugged my Insignia key chain up with the USB port & it keeps says "Connecting ..." & battery symbol shows it's charging. Don't know if it is or not. But when I tried to download photos, I keep getting an error message but don't know why.
Me too....pluged in and still saying conecting and that is it. Have never gotten it to go past this. Does not appear in my computer as a drive either.
the software doesn't come up
I open the cd drive, the keychain photo one, and nothing is in it.
I have the same problem and when I look at the cd drive created it is completely empty. Where can I get the imageviewer4.exe software?
