My Aprilaire 560 is not producing humidity for our house. Outside temp is 20 degrees, inside humidity is 20% and won't go higher.
I have replaced the water panel -- no change. There is water going into the panel, but a trickle. I assume the valve might be plugged. (It was replaced last year). I can I best clean it?
